"Philip’s projective technique moved the focus groups beyond the pitfall of group think on a sensitive topic. What surprised me was how well respondents went below the surface and tapped into their emotions when they participated in the creative projective technique. This research will enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the communications engagement portion of our water quality improvement strategy."
